(a) When you make a reservation online or by phone through our customer support center, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. This information is used to contact you for customer service, to guarantee your reservation with our travel suppliers and/or to bill you for your travel purchase. We may also ask you for other personal information, such as your frequent traveler numbers.

The arbitrator's award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Privacy Policy will be joined to an arbitration involving any other third party subject to this Privacy Policy, whether through class arbitration or otherwise. The laws of the State of California will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.

Medi2Korea employees and agents hired on behalf of Medi2Korea and officers who have access to your personal information in order to provide you with products or services available from our website are required to keep your information secure and confidential at all times. We implement administrative and electronic safeguards to prevent unauthorized access but cannot guarantee the security of user account information due to unauthorized entry or use of hardware/ software which may compromise the security of user information at any time. This Privacy Policy is applicable to and governs only information collected on our website and we will not be responsible for privacy policies on other sites linked to our website.
